A Lot of APMs and VBC Programs are just a variation of a Bundle

In the healthcare industry over the last decade we have been trying to come up with new and innovative ways to improve the quality of care while lowering the cost. A lofty goal indeed and one we need in our country and many others as well.

But sometimes I look at the landscape of what is being offered, hear the talk around various ideas and programs and it I feel we focus on complicating the things that could be really easy while failing to acknowledge the areas that are much more complex.
